Today we’re continuing our new sermon series. Usually at Emmanuel, we work through books of the bible, but now and again, we do something slightly different and think about particular themes for our bible talks. That’s what we’re going to do for the next couple of months as we start our new series called Truth to live by. Each week, we’ll be focusing in on 1 or 2 verses; seeing them in their biblical context and seeing the bible truths that they teach us for us to hold onto. Today Richard helped us to see how I am forgiven as we heard from Colossians 1:1-14.
He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
