Today we’re continuing our new sermon series. Usually at Emmanuel, we work through books of the bible, but now and again, we do something slightly different and think about particular themes for our bible talks. That’s what we’re going to do for the next couple of months as we start our new series called Truth to live by. Each week, we’ll be focusing in on 1 or 2 verses; seeing them in their biblical context and seeing the bible truths that they teach us for us to hold onto. Today Richard helped us to see how The Spirit is at work in me as we heard from Galatians 2:20.
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
