Today we’re continuing our new sermon series. Usually at Emmanuel, we work through books of the bible, but now and again, we do something slightly different and think about particular themes for our bible talks. That’s what we’re going to do for the next couple of months as we start our new series called Truth to live by. Each week, we’ll be focusing in on 1 or 2 verses; seeing them in their biblical context and seeing the bible truths that they teach us for us to hold onto. Today Richard helped us to see how Jesus will reign for ever as we heard the words from the bible book of Daniel.
And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed.
