We live in a world that breeds insecurity. The collapse of Northern Rock, tumbling house prices, job insecurity, the threat of terrorism, the latest food or health scare … and all this in a country where five-million security cameras remind us that you can’t trust anyone. And if you can’t be sure God is on your side either …
