This morning at our service, we started our summer sermon series, looking together at Matthew chapters 8-10 called The Real Jesus. As Alex preached, we looked together at chapter 8 verses 1-17.
In today’s passage, we encountered Jesus, who having taught with authority as he gave his Sermon on the Mount, now demonstrates his authority as he heals the untouchable, heals the outsider and will ultimately go to the cross, dying to show his authority over death itself…
